Auran came late on on a Friday to replace a tap and fix a toilet for me. He had to cope with nightmare traffic and then a job that was more difficult than it looked but his communication was excellent, manner is exemplary and professionalism clear. He arrived with his 7-year old daughter which was a surprise, but a happy one as she and my daughter entertained each other for the couple of hours it took despite the lateness of the hour. Clear about price, knowledgeable, and delivered solid fix. Recommended.
