Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
After they completed their work the roof leaked. There was not a leak before. After three visits from them we still have a leak. They never turned up today after saying they would. Three waisted days and they might be back tomorrow? It should have been a simple procedure and we are not happy.

There was no problem with the roof work done, each time requested we went back and checked the roof and it was ok. The existing leak was actually coming through a rotten window cill approx. 2' lower than the roof.

When we requested the roof to be upgraded there were no leaks anywhere. When it rained we had water coming in the bedroom this we thought was because of work they had done on roof. They are supposed experts on flat roofing, and it took them three visits to find the problem. We thought we we getting quality workmen going through Rated People, but again hit problems.
