Came to fix a cracked shower tray. Found the reason for the issue, fixed it and also repaired the crack. Would use again

Radiator
Filip claimed to have fixed our downstairs radiator which wasn’t heating up by replacing the valve for £170. A week later after we paid the radiator stopped working again. On contacting Filip he refused to have anything to do with the job and we have not been able to get a reimbursement or a visit to fix the radiator. Very unhappy as we are now £170 out of pocket and have to pay someone else to finish the job Filip was hired for.
