  Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation

LCB performed a garage conversion for us handling everything from start to finish perfectly. Work is excellent and super value. LCB worked respectfully of our property and worked neatly and tidily. I can not fault them at all. Nothing was too much trouble and the work was completed right first time, on budget and exactly as required.
