Mark was very knowledgeable, and found our electrical fault quite quickly. Only down side was he turned up nearly an hour late because of traffic, but he did let me know and gave me a 5 minute warning as he neared the house. I would use him again if I had any electrical issues.

Beth McNaughton's question
Fri 30 Aug 2019 11:10am

I have taken my hedge cutter apart to fix a cord that had been cut through. This will be shorter as I’m using the existing cord rather than a new one. On taking it apart there is a connector block with 4 wire ports which each of the wires (blue & brown) will go into on the one side. My problem is that there are 4 wires at the other end, a red & black together & a blue & brown together which each fit into the other side. What wire goes into what side? Ie what side does the brown live wire go into? The side opposite the red & black or the blue & brown?

I'd leave it for someone who knows what they're doing and they can test it for you afterwards to make sure its safe.

Hi Tom Do you provide any battery storage which can be used with the solar panels you installed for us 7 years ago ? Best Regards Guy Frost

Its a bit of a hazard in a domestic setting usually saved for commercial industial works, need lots of storage space!
