Unfortunately the job was done very badly! I needed to reset my ridge tiles (as pictures show) which were displaced. Despite quite a bit of discussion on what I was expecting to see, the end result was very disappointing. Clearly not the roofing 'specialists' they claim to be.

I'm am a roofer I told before we done job that it couldn't be done correctly as the structure underneath was rotten so it wouldn't be done correctly you didn't want to spend extra money so we done it really cheap for you and this is what happens you know not our fault we've done the best with your roof condition

Patrick responded very quickly and was able to get the work done within 3 days of me posting the job. When the roofer looked at the missing tile he found it was a much bigger job replacing a large section of roofing felt as well as replacing broken tiles and repairing flashing etc the quote went up from £250 to £1,500. Steep for a day’s work but a thorough job and we’re happy to have a secure roof again.

RBS carried out the work and within 2 months I had noticed a leak in the work carried out. As the invoice stated 'all guaranteed for 15years' I contacted Patrick at RBS to come and fix the leak. He advised someone would be there in 2 days time. No one arrived, and he has ignored all but one of my many phone calls, texts and emails since. Eventually telling me that someone would be there 5 days after he originally said....again, no one arrived and no calls or texts to tell me why or to rearrange.

RBS carried out the initial work in a timely manner. However a few weeks later I noticed a small leak so contacted them. It was agreed someone would with me in 2 days time to take a look but it took many calls and texts from myself to resolve, most of which were unanswred. Eventually someone did come to check it, but it was a hassle.
