Gordon contacted me promptly and got to grips with the problem. He identified several areas of concern and put them right. He always rang when he was coming and turned up when expected. The job was more complex than originally thought and we had to get the water board involved. Gordon came back the following day and put things back to normal. All in all a cheerful and very good tradesman. I will certainly have him again to fix any problems that arise.
