We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.

I almost didn't want to rate John and his team, as it would mean that he may have less time to spend on my own property. Having spent the last 2years completely renovating my property and countless builders in and out, John at Gowan property was a breath of fresh air. He's been extremely professional from the word go.
