Very pleased with the superlative customer service, attention to detail, speed at completing the work, the excellent level of workmanship and level of professionalism overall. I would have no hesitation in recommending Great Quality Ltd. The job specification was tiling a complete bathroom. Volodymyr of Great Quality Ltd. also boxed pipework and altered architraving to ensure professional finished product. This was my first job via Rated People and have been surprisingly very impressed.

I recommended this tradesperson to a family member. There was a no show on the day in question and an alternative day was arranged. There was again a no show on the second attempt. Despite numerous attempts to contact, they did not respond. This work was arranged outside of Rated People so my family member was unable to leave a negative review. Based on the decline in customer service and reliability of this tradesperson, I would not be able to recommend to others.

Never came to do the job. Rang in sick once and no showed second time
Wall Tiling
Good tiling and friendly, but let down by missed visits, rushed and patchy grouting, damage to trim and adhesive/grout left everywhere other then the tiles! Would recommend under supervision only
