Made an appointment for a quote and took time out of work to be at home. He didn't show up or communicate that he wasn't coming.
Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
GSPR made an appointment to provide quote by giving a 1 hour time slot but didn't arrive and made no effort to make contact to say he wasn't coming. The odd thing was I had noticed a van pull up and the guy that got out was the image of the guy on the GSPR posting. No problem with someone not wanting to do the job but wasting people's time is not on.

Turned up when they agreed, friendly reliable team and good job once complete. Job consisted re-tiling work, including compliant felt/insulation install, re-batten, adjust fascias etc. No issues here - will strongly consider GSPR again for the remainder of my house in due course. Thank you.

Very pleased with the quality of the work and the genuine commitment of the roofers - they turned out in all weathers and have done a superb job. Always arrived on time and the works, which were extensive, were finished to schedule. Worked closely with scaffolders and building suppliers so we didn't have to worry about that. Left site clean and tidy, and all the work's guaranteed. If you're looking to get your roof replaced or overhauled, look no further than GPSR!
