Ivan did a very good job on my kitchen plumbing. He was prompt, tidy and very competitively priced. We will definitely keep his details and use him again when the need arises. Highly recommended.

Ivan was extremely professional. Within contacting me within minutes of posting the job, to visiting the property to give a quote (all done within the space of a few hours), to completing the job quickly, efficiently and to an exceptionally high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ivan as his work (and professionalism) cannot be faulted.

Kitchen Specialist

Ivan has done the floor tiles in the kitchen, wall tiles and shelves to the absolute best Everything I've asked him to do, he did better Ivan also did the flooring throughout the house with help of a colleague and it is spotless. Clean and efficient I have more work to be done and it'll be Ivan I'll ask and nobody else. I can't recommend you more It is hard to find a good worker, but Ivan does it in stile as if he was doing his own house The finish is better than I'v hoped

Ivan came to our rescue on very short notice and helped us with plumbing in our washing machine and dishwasher and while at it, he improved the existing plumbing substantially. His work is very tidy and efficient and we will use his services again.

Kitchen Specialist

I fully give a 0 rating for ivan, he refused to finish my kitchen after I paid him £10,000, he gave me a broken fridge, a fire hazard oven, a unworkable freezer. Also when trying to maintain contact with him, he gave me so many excuses for why he couldn't come and finish work. Overall his attitude and service as well as price was horrible. I'm still currently waiting for my kitchen to be finished. For any others looking to use him and his company I do not recommend him to anyone.

Kitchen Specialist

Ivan completely sorted out my new kitchen. His biggest strengths are his attention to detail and the thought he puts into his work. His tiling is exceptional, and the amount of effort he put into completely design my kitchen from Selco was great - and the quality of the units was brilliant too. He worked on a few snags to quickly resolve, and also put me in touch with a great plasterer for other work. He's a thoroughly decent and trustworthy guy, I would recommend and hopefully will use in future!

Stan Laird's question
Thu 4 Oct 2018 17:28pm

Just bought a new chrome spotlight which has the live and neutral wires connected to a plastic block. The earth wire is connected to the metal fixing plate and not to the centre slot in the block. I have all three existing wires, Live, Neutral and Earth coming out of the wall Do I leave the new earth wire connected to the fixing plate or move it to the centre slot of the plastic block? Do I still fix the existing old earth wire to the plastic block if I leave the new earth attached to the fixing plate? Thanks for your help.

Hi Stan, leave the new earth wire to the fixing plate and fix the existing earth wire at the same place.
