Floor Tiling
Tiled floor not levelled-Reason-floorboards at a gradient. Grouting had to be redone. unexpected costs (extra materials and labour) almost doubled the cost of original quote. Door and thresholds were removed- not put back as it was not part of his quote! Was charging £20 to sand and spray (I needed to buy spray paint) the thresholds! £200 for skirting the room again(not in original quote). Stayed late, upto 10pm at times which disrupted family time. 3 day job took 6 days. Will not use services again

Client was given a fair quote and unfortunatley wanted everything done for free. Only stayed late with clients permission. In spite of cutting doors and filling mouse holes at no cost, client expected me to pay for new thresholds, refitting doors and even complained about paying for grout and adhesive. Client is a very unreasonable and cheap person with a horrible attitude. I kept the house clean and tidy throughout and always agreed working times prior to starting... avoid this client like the plague.
