The floor tiles were not positioned by staggering as originally agreed. The wall tiles had excess grout left on them which I have had to spend number of hours cleaning of & this is still not complete. The basin does not sit level on the vanity unit, a family member has removed the basin and it in the midst pof cutting a bigger hole. Really disappointed with the overall finish.

Tiles were positioned as agreed with customer. After I grouted I cleaned all excess grout off. The basin is a counter top basin, so it sits on top. The hole made by myself is big enough for the waste. Checked with customer when finished if they were happy with the work, customer was happy and paid me in full.
