was friendly and did turn up on time and tried to help but didn't actually fix the boiler, really a waste of time and money I need to get someone else it to actually fix the problem.

sorry you feel like this sasha but your boiler worked while I was on site therefore its an intermittant fault,also boiler has been fitted wrong and is at risk because of flue location and low working gas pressure, to correct installation involves relocating boiler which will require a scaffold and ive been waiting on my scaffolder to liase on site with me which he still hasnt found time to do,if we use another scaffolder it will be at least an extra £500 on job which I assumed you would like to avoid.

Phoned to let us know what time he would be arriving and arrived on time. Clean, tidy and efficient. We'll certainly be using Jim again if and when needed.
