Unfortunately this company has not responded to my messages for 2 months now to come and sort out problems with the job. Downpipes clips were fixed into pointing and have come out allowing down pipe to drop down so water is running down walls. I have given them every opportunity to put the job right by email and telephone but no response whatsoever.
