John responded quickly to our job request and helped us choose a tap taking in my wife’s mobility problems. The job was done in reasonable time and although we had a leak he returned quickly and it seems to be sorted. We know how to contact John if the problem returns and he has explained the next steps but hopefully that won’t be necessary. We weren’t unduly upset by the leak as we appreciate the under sink work wasn’t the most straightforward. We will contact him in future if we have another plumbing job.
