Khalilur Rahman and his team were life savers. They had to pick up work which was left behind from a previous builder and they were able to tackle all the work within 2 days. They were very professional and honest about pricing. They really knew what they were doing and always made sure everything is aligned with building regulations. The entire team and Khalilur Rahman were fantastic! If you are looking for a good value, honest& professional work, I would certainly recommend Khalilur Rahman.

I am really pleased with the work done by him and his men. We had our kitchen worktops changed, sink fitted, had wooden flooring and some work done in toilet. The flooring fitted very neatly and professionally. Very reliable . All the work was completed within 2 days. Highly recommended!!

They were late arriving, but rang to let me know that they were on their way. They tidy up after themselves. Had to do a little extra, and their pricing was average. If any problem arose they worked until the problem was solved. I would employ them again

Raham DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO; WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. In 3 visits he got the boiler to work then it stopped. He claimed it was due to muck and the boiler needed service and promised details of someone to do it. but didn't send details. I decided to call British Gas for a second opinion. The British Gas engineer came and quickly identified the problem as the electrodes, which he changed and the boiler has worked perfectly since then. I asked Raham to refund my money but he has not and is not replying to me.

Hi Nigel sorry for late reply I visited 3 times I know your boiler had problems the pressure of boiler went down so I put pressure back up and it was working then so I told you there’ was a problem with your boiler you need to service it and seek special engineer by the way I only charge you for 3 call out charge nothing else I don’t see any problem in that!

Khalilur you did not understand what was wrong and you never fixed it. You just up the pressure which then went quickly after. THAT is why you had to return. YOU CANNOT CHARGE FOR A JOB YOU FAILED TO DO. The boiler did not need servicing, it did not need to increase pressure, IT NEEDED TO HAVE THE ELECTRODES REPLACED and you were unable to ascertain that. You need to refund my money as you did not do what you were contracted to do - fix the boiler problem - and obviously did not know how to do it.

Turned up when planned which was great, had to return later with additional tools but job completed in short space of time, cleaned up nicely a. Well. All round good service, would recommend Khalilur and even asked him to quote me on some other work I’m planning on doing shorty.

The job I wanted done was small but tricky as the pipes were difficult to get to but this did not stop Khalilur from taking the old pipes out and fit new ones. He was kind enough to return and install a shower fixture I had trouble with as the screws of the old ones had seized up. I am very grateful to Khalilur for travelling a ling way to do this. He insisted on cleaning even though I offered to do so as I knew he had a long way to travel to get home. I am very grateful to him for helping me out. Thank You

Tidiness, communication and honesty does not exist with this company. Within 4 months of my job being completed, there were problems. It took over 6 months for Rahman to fix it. When he eventually came out and did the work, there were more problems. He promised to come back and complete the repair work, but now he cannot be bothered. All within the year of the building work. Builders and tradespeople are out to take your money, but give you poor work/service.
