Came then left lying that they "need to find parking", immediately blocked us on whatsapp, THEN changed their story to "family emergency". We were totally reliant on them doing the job today, building has bookings all week, they caused losses of a few thousand pounds. Before job, I sent full photos and a complete video walk through of every stair case and landing, no excuse to leave us in such a hole so they made up some nonsense stories and did a runner. KC Flooring / Ryan flooring are a disgrace.

  Except my partner was on site, he opened the door for you!! You had a look around, left saying to him you were going to park. You immediately blocked me on whatsapp when you left the building without any communication with us at all. Your private reply in was "Ive had a family emergency nothing to do with job", so the problem was not the job or us, it was your simple change of mind. Why block me on whatsapp when leaving to park vehicle? because you didn't think I would leave a review perhaps?

  Of course you dont dare to clarify why my review "is wide of the mark" - because this is a nonsense statement. You lied about parking and did a runner - simple. Obviously you have no intention of coming back after walking out to "park" and then immediately blocking me on whatsapp for no fault of my own. Anyway I asked you on RR messages if you were coming back after your so called family emergency, of course you ignored me - were caught out in your own non sense excuses?
