Poor system that, doesn't have playback and is extremely difficult to use. Will have to spend more on replacing it with what was requested. Feel like what was promised was not delivered

This is a rating from a long way back and I'm sorry that you feel the way you do. When the system was sold to you, you told us that there was an internet connection available and that you did not want a monitor connected to the system. In actual fact you wanted the main NVR in the common area of your building where there was no Internet available. We offered to meet with you to rectify and find a solution but you never came back to us. That offer is still open.

Terrible service! This company been booked in for several weeks and I organised a number of people to be at home as the installation was across three flats. They just didnt turn up! And since have ignored all calls, emails and attempts to contact.
