Domestic House Cleaning: Regular

Disappointing experience. Discussed 3 times cleaning requirements with office guy, a lady called Happy and cleaners themselves. Lots of assurances that they could provide promised cleaning levels but a real let down. Tried to charge me an extra hour as well sneakily. Office guy argumentative and insinuated that I was lying. Provided pictures as evidence though and he hung up on me. They offered to send cleaner back but trust gone now. Got some discount but still overpaid for work done. Would not recommend.

    We apologise yet again however we delivered a quality service as we have always being. This can attested by over ninety eight percent of our clientele base. Our aim is to make sure all of our customers are satisfied and we mean all. However when we are called about a week after the cleaning concerning slight dust that would naturally build up let alone after a construction work refusing to pay after eight hours cleaning we have the right to feel unhappy.

    For some one who claims to be so 'honest' let's get the facts right. We actually spoke the next day (phone call from Happy) and picture evidence shows more than just a bit of dust. House had been cleaned after construction several times. Your cleaners just didn't do the job you charged me for. Really frustrated that you tried to insinuate I was lying and that you hung up on me when I emailed you the evidence pictures. Not sure how justify your poor work as quality.

    In the original request it says clearly move sofas to clean underneath, NOT DONE. Proper wet dusting, NOT DONE. Take sofa pillows off to clean in the sofa, NOT DONE. Worst is that I have picture evidence for all this. At what point do you consider your work good quality?

    Yet again we apologise however from the evidence we've gathered you told the cleaner and I quote....'You did a fantastic job..see you next week'. They did 8 hours giving your house a good clean. We offer to come back the next day to do the cleaning for free but you turned us done. The picture of slight dust you sent after 1 week of cleaning can't stand as evidence; as there would be dust build up.

    Again your comment is not correct. I had to leave before the cleaners finished, so could not have said that they had done a good job. Also they were supposed to do every 2 weeks, so how could I say 'see you next week'? Accuracy is not your strong point I see. Am not sure where you live but we don't get that much dust or dirt in 3 to 4 days... For reasons discussed over the phone I don't want your cleaners back in the house.

The Cleaner was good, but the management was really bad and rude. For the first service the change me for an extra hours as i had to go get cleaning products even though the whole process was within the time. They then randomly add on VAT to the price which they quote as all includes charge.

    Our Management always places the interest of the client first as they are our priority even with this we would expect to be remunerated for any extra hours spent. The reason why we charged for the extra hour was because our cleaner was asked to wait for an extra hour; which would be charged us as our cleaners are within schedules in a rota; meaning the time the cleaner would start and finished was already agreed until an extra hour was added.

    With regards VAT, we already sent out letters to our client advising that HMRC asked us to start charging this, as we've reached the threshold, or be heavily fined. So we have no choice. We do apologise but all we need was in the interest of delivering quality service as we always do.

Domestic House Cleaning: One Off

This Company is amazing !! They cleaned 18 of our property's at a very affordable price, the feedback I received was amazing and that the cleaners where very polite. Would 100% recommend very easy to organise seeming it was such a big job. Will defiantly use again next year when the deep cleans are due.

    I had mixed feedback from the 18 services that where cleaned this may be that it was a different cleaner that went & maybe wasn't as good.Feedback was the furniture should have been moved such as sofas to be able to get to all parts and in some arrears a more through clean was needed e.g. bathroom the shower head wasn't cleaned. Other feedback was really positive & said they where very through and would be happy to have them clean again. Staff at the office very polite &helpful,

    Domestic House Cleaning: One Off

    Accident prone. We used the regular cleaning service for 6 months and during this time we had one set of a lost keys, a broken glass and the kitten twice locked out of her room with no access tofood and litter tray (despite clear instructions). The first time the kitten was locked out we reiterated the importance of ensuring she had access to food and litte. The second time the kitten soiled our bed. Cleaners offered no apology and no refund despite expense of us having to professionally clean our bedding.

      The was no complaint with regards to the cleaning standards because it was impeccable. We admit we lost a set of key but this was replace with all expenses on us with an opportunity to change the lock with new sets of keys. We offered to pay for the broken glass as we are fully insured for mistakes as this but client said we shouldn't bother. Cat was already let loose before we came in to clean and looking for a little cat in such a house was far fetched...we tried but to no avail.

      No offer was ever made to replace glass or locks. No-one said anything about looking for the cat, all they had to do was leave the dining door open.
