Hi,
I'm Luke Milnes, owner of LM Construction. A Southport based construction company mainly covering the North West.
As a joiner by trade, but serving my time at a small building firm I have the experience to offer a wide variety of joinery and building services. I'm always on site working myself along with my colleagues as I like to ensure all work Is up to the highest standard.
I've been self employed in the construction industry for over 10 years working in a good cross section of areas from domestic to commercial to shop fitting. I have also carried out several full house HMO conversions recently. All works/plans are signed off and conform to current regulations where necessary.
I'm looking to expand the business now so have decided to offer my services on here.

Fitted Kitchens
LM Build was an excellent choice for our new kitchen. Luke and his apprentice removed the old kitchen and replaced it with a modern one to fit in with a recent extension. From planning the layout to sourcing the materials, Luke was very helpful, courteous and professional. The price was very competitive and both workers are honest and polite. I would definitely recommend this business and would suggest you look no further.
