Domestic House Cleaning: One Off
Did not contact me at all. When I tried calling she did not answer phone or return calls; I called three times on different days over one-week period. My rating is only related to 'Reliability', and reflects the inability to get in touch with the tradesperson. There is no option on Rated People to avoid giving a ration for 'Value' and 'Quality' - please ignore those as they were not applicable in this attempt at transaction.

Hi there , you called us only once on Sunday which is our off time . We tried to tried to contact you on the next day , including we sent you mails to which you did not reply . It is not fair to claim that you have rang many times when you did not do so .I am sorry we could not provide you with a service.

Highly recommending. End of tenancy cleaning done as per check out inventory list and very precisely. Very good value for money.

Very good service in the end. House spotless. Wouldn't mind if the cleaner was able to speak better English as if i do use in future I'm not sure I could ask anything specific (eg pls clean skirting boards!) but the basic overall cleaning job itself was excellent.
