Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
MJM was to renew the flashings on a pitch roof extension & to replace a felt roof on a further extension five months ago on the property of an elderly man. We’ve had to call him back 3 times. He left the gutter blocked and the new roof kept leaking. We’ve since discovered that the new roof has not been properly laid, particularly where it meets the old roof. Gaffer tape has been used across the joins for both the flashings and the new roof. The electrics in the room below are now in a perilous state.
