The assessment of work needed was thorough, with evidence of precisely where the fault was. This was followed by a prompt quote Once asked to undertake the project. A prompt start date was agreed. The work started promptly. Timekeeping was good. The agreed work was completed. All tidying was completed. Only time will tell about the quality of the work. I have a written 10yr guarantee, which hopefully won't be needed. If I need further work in future I will certainly ask this company to provide a quote.
