Mark is a top man and is a highly skilled tradesman. He came on time with his team did the job and tidied up after leaving the site spotless. He also found additional stuff that needed doing around the roof and wall and did them for no extra charge. His charge is very reasonable. He Is polite courteous and very professional. Will of course be using again

Mark and his boys did a great job, the price quoted was good, which was honoured even after after cleaning the gutters and resetting a couple of ridge tiles, etc. He only finished the job once he had satisfied himself that it was all secure and watertight.

Not often I leave reviews but in this case I have to say that Mark and the team exceeded all of our expectations. Yes the leaking chimney was fixed on budget and on time but have to say thank you to Mark for going the the extra mile fixing up other bits and bobs at no extra cost. In my view Mark is extremely knowledgeable, entirely trustworthy and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team.

Used this company for roof repairs on a bungalow. Communication was excellent before and during the job. Tom arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and started the job. The quality of work was very good and the job was finished well within the estimated time. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end. The price quoted did not seem exorbitant, so all in all we were very happy and have no complaints at all. We will definitely use this company again. Thanks for a job well done.

Hi, how to claen moss of the roof

  • Mark Newman's Answer

We use a rotary jet of just water because normal jetting will cause more harm than good And with our machines it gets all the moss out of the tiles including acid Rain discolouring .be careful climbing around on roofs !. Mark Newman

Wed 20 Nov 2013 17:44pm

Can I remove / shorten and seal off a shared chimney stack with a next door neighbour with their permission? And what sort of money are we talking about?

  • Mark Newman's Answer

Hello Andrew .are we talking about removing the stack from inside the loft Or complete removal outside of our part ?? If its inside than you take out the brickwork and fit nesercery supports To hold the rest of the stack(gallow brackets) Not a major job Outside depends how big and access to the stack for scaffolding but all can be done Hope this helps cheers mark Newman
