Job was unsatisfactorily assessed. Job was not completed due to this. We had to finish the job ourselves. He did apologise and asked us to pay him what we thought the job was worth.

I was completely upfront about the problems that arose with this project. Rather than rush the job I worked harder & longer whilst maintaining my excellent work standards. I get the feeling they would've preferred a bodge job. Sometimes things happen that are out of your control, its a shame the client felt the need to leave this unfair review.
