Plumber

while the job was done well in the end, I was quoted to fit a pump on the hot water and re-route the cold water. I had a friend stay in while the plumber was here so wasn't around to check before he left. I got home to find he had only fitted the pump and not done anything to the cold water. He didn't mention anything to the guy who was in the flat or call me to discuss not doing the whole job. He charged me an extra £100 to come back the next day to do the rest of the job even though the quote he had given me had been for all of it.
