Andrew contacted me almost immediately after posting my job. He arrived at the agreed time was nothing short of FANTASTIC! He fixed the problem with my boilers overflow pipe and left the area around the boiler spotless; he even fixed my toilet paper holder. I would have no problem in recommending Andrew to anyone.

Andrew rang me the same day I posted the job and, from our conversation, he worked out what the problem was likely to be. He arrived the following day with the necessary parts. The job took about 2 hours and I felt his charges were reasonable. All seems to be well with the heating now. I would definitely recommend Andrew in future and will be calling him the next time we have any plumbing or heating problems.

The next day I had a query about the central heating. Andrew came and quickly sorted it out plus he noticed that a valve wasn't functioning fully so he ordered another part, replaced it and spent about another 3 hours making absolutely sure that everything was working perfectly - all at no extra charge. An extremely conscientious man with great integrity who knows his job - there aren't many of those about!!
