Old school salesman I didn’t want a history of their company I needed a tradesman to give me a quote and when the work could be completed, exactly what I had from another company

Very poor customer service only gave 1 star as I couldn't give 0 had issues now February and still not sorted manager seems to refuse to phone back or talk AVOID THIS COMPANY wished I didn't have any dealings with them

Additional rating. Again rang me up over a year after I requested it. They did not turn up for appointment for another roof on my property. They are a work agency who sub work out. This is against rated people advertising. Do not use. Check out on Google maps

Company called me and arranged to come and give me a quote. ‘Salesman’ arrived on time and was very amiable and professional looking. Had a quick look at the job and proceeded to give me the sales pitch until he hit me with a £3600 price tag. No itemisation of materials or labour given. I had already had one quote for under a half of that price and had also separately priced material for the job at £295. Needless to say they did not get the job.
