Very Professional from the start when giving a quote to the end of the Job. Always keeping in touch about starting the job to make sure i was ok with the proposed date. Once started the staff were professional friendly and very helpful in doings just little things that made the job look fabulous. I would recommend them to anyone. If i could i would given them a 10 star if not more
Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
Very pleased with the way Neil assessed the job taking time to consider all aspects taking into account a poorly constructed flat roof and how best to undertake the repair and replacement. I was kept informed during the job, so nasty surprises at the end, and the site was left tidy and secure each day. Highly recommended

Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
Had a new roof on a new build extension. Seemed ok when he came to quote but had nothing but problems and excuses thereafter. A couple of days job turned into 6 months of hell. Unreliable workmen, shabby work and mess! Would not ever recommend to anyone.

Hi Estella, I think that your rating is substantially unfair, at the time of quoting for the works you said that there was no drawings, specification nor building regulations to work to and you just wanted the cheapest option that was available. After we had completed the works you then told us that cross ventilation was required, we then returned and put this problem right at a high cost to ourselves and not yourself. I also don't understand why it has taken around 12 months to leave such a negative review
Slate & Tiled Roof
An excellent quality re-roof at a very good price. Protec Roofing Regen NW Ltd. are real professionals and it was a pleasure to have them around and to watch them deal with the inevitable problems that arose. They were cost conscious but never at the cost of lowering their high standards. They cared for our needs and safety as much as their own. Despite the small area they had in which to store materials and waste, they kept things as clean and tidy as possible and did a thorough cleanup on completion.
