Rick has been a real find. With these type of things finding a good all rounder can be hit or miss. Everything that was thrown at him he took in his stride through some of the most severest weather we have ever had. Rick converted an old shed/ utility to a brand spanking new kitchen utility. He put in a fitted kitchen, tiled the floor and walls, built and made good the existing building, (which was an awful eyesore) rendered and dashed the outside , tiled the roof and all the guttering he fitted doors, laid laminate made good floorboards, infact he did so many things that sometimes we didnt even notice him doing them. He installed velux windows and what was particulary great about him he is so organised. It was necessary to dig out the back two rooms to put a screed flooring and he just did it without a complaint. I recommend him to anyone who needs a safe pair of hands. I am hiring him again shortly to help me with another property and I know that he will sort it out for me - this property had other builders work on it before I met Rick and I am having to have Rick to sort it out properly. If I won the lottery I would hire him full time for the rest of his life if he wanted it!!!!
