I found Peter to be a conscientious and professional worker who not only fulfilled my job requirements but also advised me on other problems I have in relation to my property. He worked skilfully and I am very pleased with the result. Peter left my property in a clean condition and was extremely polite and respectful. He arrived on time and worked continuously. Peter did a great job renovating the bathroom. The finish was just what we wanted and he managed to find just the doors we were looking for. He put a lot of work in to get the job just right. Highly recommended.

The room really looked lovely once completed and I really appreciated all the care that was taken with all aspects of the decoration from plastering to boxing in pipework and painting. Everything was cleaned and tidied at the end of each day. I would certainly recommend Reactive Property Management to all.

Kitchen Specialist

I'm really pleased with the work Peter did. My dates had to change a few times and he was really accommodating around them. Throughout the work, I added a few tweaks, which were accommodated. Peter offered suggestions too which demonstrates his experience. Incorrect instructions to one of the complicated units plus my tweaks added further complexity and time, so it took longer than we both expected, but Peter stayed on overtime to get the job done just charging me for a normal day. Thanks again Peter!!
