although the company came to assess the job, after two weeks I contacted them about the quotation and was promised it the following day. It never came. The delay caused by this made life very difficult and clearly this company is unreliable.

We are very sorry about your dissatisfaction with are service and only apologize for the wait for your quote, this was due to my illness that kept me of work for 2 weeks as I let you no when we spoke, quote was eventually sent ( maybe went to spam?) I did not chase up quote as I new you we're getting various other quotations. This is a rare situation for are company and again we apologize and hope you have had your works done

Kieron came out to replace two existing valleys in my roof with new leaded valleys. They provided a very professional service from the quotation right through to the post job clean up.
