Despite being a very pleasant person, Jay wasn't a great communicator and failed to turn up when arranged on more than one occasion. The final job was less than satisfactory with some damage to the door (which to be fair wasn't the right one for the job, but Jay did pre-approve it), and we had to take it down and refit it again after it fell off after one day of use.
