I asked for a quote and he replied asking for more details. I was told I'd get a quote on headed paper for the purpose I needed it. I got no response after this despite asking a week later when I was likely to receive it. Poor customer service

I have since had a response from Rydec and the lack of response was due to being out of work with an injury. I'm sure they are a great company but unfortunately I have not been able to use them.

Ryan was very punctual, hard working and also very clean and didn't leave any extra work to complete. The work was done at a very high standard, service was great!

Was a bit unsure as to get new or spruce up my old furniture. I'm so glad I decided to use Ryan. He did a first class job. Very polite and got on with the job. I am having him back soon to do some more work for me. Didn't realise he lived quite a distance from me but this was no problem at all. Thank you Ryan.
