Sayed was prompt about the issue managed to fix the issue within a reasonable time and the price was reasonable too. i would certainly recommend and rehire this Trader if needed.

Sayed Mirsaney did and excellent job on our heating system this morning. He was prompt in calling back last night and turned up as agreed this morning. He was polite helpful and certainly knew his stuff- diagnosing the problem and sorting it out quickly. Although the job was more expensive than I expected I am relieved to have it completed and will not hesitate to contact him in the future if necessary.

Sayed turned up on time and understood what the the problens were. With a potentially life threatening issue around water and electricity in a combi boiler it turns out there are 4 water leaks around the unit that Sayed 'fixed'. Do not be fooled by the confidence that is apparent about the problem, it is a sticking plaster situation. What value your safety?

Sayed talks a good story but has put in place lethal 'fixes'. Unless you are able to entirely rework what Sayed has put in pace, please be aware of the additional costs.
