S1 Builders Norfolk cater for all the requirements of an ever changing environment. We are a family run Norfolk business that caters for all types of works from new to old. Our tradesmen use all traditional methods and materials, alongside the newest styles and equipment throughout most of Norfolk.

External Wall Painting
Great communication; very quick & clear. Visited to give us a quote & explained next steps. When I was uncontactable due to a problem with my phone (that S1 didn't know about), they tried various methods of getting in touch: voicemail messages, texts, and even calling round in person & leaving messages with our next door neighbour! Good work was completed on time. Only minor gripe was some old paint flakes left lying that I thought would have been cleared up. Would definitely use S1 again though.
Internal Painting & Decorating
S1 did an excellent job.We were able to leave Stefan to get on with the job even though we were not living at the property and were not able to supervise.It was completed on time and to budget,which is a rarity these days.Stefan kept us posted with progress via emails and photos.Overall we were very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend.
Garden Shed / Playhouse
All jobs completed to a high standard: shed moved (inc. new base); cat flap fitted (through a wall); swing concreted in; gate fixed; curtain poles and blinds fitted. Stefan and his workers were punctual, polite, friendly, conscientious and reasonably priced and left everywhere clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again. Thank you

I an sorry it difficult to comment as far as value for money as we did not use. Them as we were able to resolvé the problem ourselves. GeneraLly very professional and. Responsive.
