Billy contacted me by 8.15am, within 15 minutes of my request going live. He visited the property that afternoon by making arrangements directly with my tenant. He rang me from site with a cost for the work, I gave him the go ahead and by the end of the day the badly faulty hinges and lock had been replaced on the window. I've saved his number in my phone and will definitely use him again. Very pleasent man, communicative and very reasonable pricing.
