Terms of business.
Our contracts are agreed with our clients, payment schedule’s are weekly with a small deposit normally 5-10% of contract value.with final payment only when project is signed off by building control.
We do this so the clients can see the work progressing in line with payments.we will always negotiate contracts and offer the best price we possibly can.
