The job was carried out efficiently and safely. I then hired this company- Norfolk and Suffolk building services, headed by Daniel green, to complete the work in the loft. This involved removing the sauna, a shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin (none of which worked) and then completely insulating the room before plastering, adding electrical sockets and an additional light fitting and a radiator. I cannot praise them highly enough. They worked hard to get the job finished and made an excellent job of it.
Unfortunately, the works performed were not up to expected standards. Not enough time spent investigating the actual source of the leak. Subsequently, various remedial works were performed which may not have been needed (at considerably high cost) and the leak was still an issue after S&B attended the property twice. I quickly found the leak source (poor sealant application over exiting sealant) following a 15 minute investigation and repaired myself.
Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Excellent work, I can highly rate, very pleasant company. They made an excellent job of my bathroom. I have rehired them to now do my kitchen
