Tommy was able to come out very quickly and on the day went out of his way to find and pick up a new tap that was needed - after I discovered I had ordered one that was the wrong size. Arrived on time and did a great job fixing the issue. Would recommend.

Hi This job was bought on the Sunday & by Monday I new I wouldn’t be able to carry it out ( due to mental health issues) I contacted Gordon ( the customer ) on Monday morning 7.30 am to cancel I don’t think this merits a poor rating ( I am very proud of my 5 star ratings ) it does reflect what I do & who I am Thanks

This job was accepted on the Sunday then cancelled on the Monday less than 24 hrs later with no reason provided and no attempt to reschedule. The contractor contacted me via text to argue my rating only then mentioning his mental health.
