Tom turned up and spoke to my elderly mother, he then said he would do the job no problem, I have been trying to contact him for weeks with no joy, he will not respond to my emails and has refused to ring me. I asked him in my last email to at least have the decency to let us know if he can no longer do the work, he didn't bother to respond. I give up.
