Mark was very quick to contact myself and the communication was very clear and professional. Mark arrived when he said he would and proceeded to inspect the job, as it wasn't a huge job he asked if I was happy for him to proceed and do the job straight away. He explained what the issues were and highlighted another . Very pleasant chat , and has extensive knowledge of his trade, very happy with the level of workmanship and would highly recommend to any prospective customers. ????? from me.

Mark responded same day to our request for a quote for a replacement flat roof running over two cottages, and we had a written quote the same day. We booked the job, he gave us an anticipated date to start , was reliable, and turned up when he said he would. He did a great job, at a decent price and left the area clean and tidy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him

Susan Blades's question
Mon 5 Aug 2019 16:49pm

The survey has come back saying the roof is not adequately wind braced. Is this something that can be done from inside? If so it's not that big a job. Does the roof have to come off? Which is obviously a big job.

Yes this is a job that can be done quite easy from the inside as long as the loft hatch is easily accessible and there’s enough room to stand up in loft space half a days work cost between £350/400

Elaine Wood's question

The pipes in my roof are making clinking noises when they warm up and cool down, they are in the roof so not accessible by me. would insulating them (put foam covers on them) stop this?

Yes definitely need to clad pipes one to stop any noise and to insulate from cold
