Turned up to give quote when he said he would. REasonable quote. Turned up to do job when he said. Did the job well. When there was a problem, which there was, he sorted it without complaining. I had to do a tidy up afterwards and a trip to the tip, but given the rain was torrential, I won't hold that against him. In fact, I would use him again.
