Overall very satisfied with quality and work - got the jobs done timely and efficiently and with a wow factor in finished product! Overall value for money attendance good personal service throughout Did an extra job for us also included Will keep under review of course the personal guarantee on the repair work in the longer term and which we thought was fair and reasonable. Happy to refer, to other contacts of ours, Joseph and his business under the name of Home Improvements for future reference

Bricklayer

Cannot praise Joe and his team highly enough. His thorough investigation pinpointed the issue that had been ongoing for over a year. He came back with his team and fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable cost. I then had them fix another issue a couple of weeks later, again to a high standard at a good price. All the boys were friendly and polite and they cleaned up after they had gone. I would not hesitate to recommend them and am already planning my next job with them. 5* service

I feel strongly about giving positive feedback, whenever appropriate, especially when it comes to supporting small businesses who are great at what they do. Joseph and his team were polite, great at communicating what was required, and delivered what they promised. Also fairly priced! Can't fault them at all, highly recommended!

Who do i need to contact a roofer or builder? I think we are lacking ventilation. It may be that the eves are blocked or we need a ventilation tile.

A roofer will be best suited. Ventilation tiles or soffit vents usually dose the trick.

I have a damp patch which, with all the recent rain, is spreading quite rapidly. It is mainly on the flank wall and front wall. I think it is an issue with perished pointing rather than roof or gutters. I realise that it's not really the right time of year for re-pointing but would welcome any advice. I don't want the damp to spread too far.

Hi June, after reading your message I recommend you get your wall re pointed ASAP as the weather we are having at the moment is not doing no good at all to your wall. Ideally summertime is always better to do any work but it's certainly a job that's need sorting now rather than later as it will cause much more damage. There are mixes to put in a cement mix that stops any frost setting in. Hope we have helped .
