Internal Painting & Decorating
I would not use Water Trade again. I used them to decorate my bathroom. There are patches of areas not painted properly, their secretary was rude & told their painter NOT to do things that were specified in their quote!! They are impossible to get hold of on the phone, they left my radiator leaking and not working properly and have STILL not contacted me to rectify shoddy workmanship a week and a half after they said they would get back to me. Not good.

Hi Tracey, we are very disappointed by your comments. Our office have not received any messages or e-mails to detail that you were not happy. All of the quoted works have been completed, this was confirmed by Debbie and you paid your invoice in full (11.09.17) Our plumber visited you at no cost and confirmed the radiator leak is due to corrosion and will need replacing, this did not form part of your original quotation. Water Underfloor Heating
Water Trade fitted the underfloor heating system to our ground floor extension in April/May 2009 - we were very impressed with the service and couldn't fault the work. They were very flexible in working around our builder to complete various stages of the work over several visits. Due to the relatively warm weather since May we haven't had the opportunity to test the heating throughly ourselves however they did also come back once the full extension works had been completed (with laminate flooring fitted) and carried out some tests to ensure that the heat was coming through as it should (they also fixed a faulty tap while they were there) so the service received could not be faulted.
