Friendly, polite, masked took off shoes to covid safe. Thought a good job had been done but gone midnight day after we have water coming through our living room ceiling and down our wall which has pulled paint and plaster off both and this is from a leaking cistern into toilet bowl that needed repair cant get hold of anyone as it's gone midnight .

With update on leak ,offer was made to come out immediately to sort out the problem ,it was not as bad as what it initially looked , problem solved , repairs sorted
