Roof ladder hook to cope with crested ridge tiles

Is there any roof ladder hook that will go over my crested ridge tiles. The only ones I can find rest on the crest and not on the roof. Therefore climbing runs the risk of pulling the ridge tile off and having a nasty accident.

Can you not take tiles out and make foot holes? Secure the battens as you go though if possible. Cost has to be taken into consideration as the job will take longer! Best wishes, Lewis manor roofing repairs
