Peter... this is something Rated People must sort out for customers. A budget should be genuinely set by the customer, via a budget bar of which can be manually set by yourself(s) from £50.00 to £40,000, when inputting job details. This then thus would be more transparent for all parties concerned. The system is unrealistic at the moment; apart from this the website is ok I hope this helps! J Ireland Plumber
