He explained everything very clearly at the start as to what the work entailed and what he would be doing and took time to ensure the job was done properly and that the cameras were positioned correctly. He was exceptionally helpful and friendly and took time to show how the system operated,. Couldn't fault him or his workmanship and the price was excellent too! A good experience from start to finish. Ewan responded within a couple of hours to our initial enquiry and was prompt to come out and assess the job and offer a solution for adding the wiring for an electric oven to our home. He returned to do the work a couple of days later. The switch in the kitchen looks as though it’s always been there and he left everywhere clean and tidy. A huge thank you to Ewan - we’re delighted with the work.

after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.
